Calming and motivating! I feel calmer in not putting so much pressure on myself to be the ‘perfect parent,’ but to be more present and in tune with my toddler. A conversation regarding the type of parent I want to be (or what my children see me as) has really stuck with me. When I find myself in a stressful situation now with my toddler, I ask myself “what type of parent do I want to be?” before I react to the situation. Thank you.
